Needless to say, Liverpool have been the best team in the league this season, proving to be heads and shoulders above every other side within the cluster. Having amassed 93 points from 36 games, the Reds sit pretty atop the league standings and have already clinched the title.

For this fixture, we cannot draw a line between these two sides. There are a lot of factors to come into play here. Chelsea are very desperate for points to avoid plunging down the standings, and even outside of the CL places.

They will be buzzing ahead of this game, thanks to their comprehensive 3-0 win over Manchester United few days ago in the FA Cup – one which ultimately confirmed their place in the finals of the competition. Also, they have won eight of their previous nine games across all competitions.
