Roma defender Kosta Manolas sold for €36m to Napoli
Roma defender Kosta Manolas has moved to Serie A runners-up Napoli.
The Greek international, 28, spent five years at the Rome club having transferred from Olympiakos for €15m in 2014 and has now signed a €36 million deal with Serie A counterparts AS Roma, according to the Giallorossi website.
During his time in the capital, he appeared 206 times and scored eight goals in all competitions for the team that finished sixth last season.
He will enjoy Champions League football with Napoli next season instead of Europa League for which Roma has won promotion.
