AFCON Round of 16: Match schedules, ties and favourites to reach quarter-finals

While Copa America is about to reach its culmination, the playoffs at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations have just arrived and we know all the 16 teams to contest a place in the quarter-finals.

When and where are the play-offs?

Here we present the Round of 16 draw with the teams who got past the opening group tournament where the top two finishing teams of each group and the best four third-placed ones advanced to the knockout phase - 16 teams in total, starting from 5 July till 8 July before all the quarter-finalists are decided.
