This clash was meant to be a derby but outsiders Everton seem out of sorts and nothing comparable to Liverpool standards. A last-gasp 2-1 loss to Leicester last weekend only condemned them further into relegation danger and Marco Silva’s boys have to up their socks to save what is turning out to be a miserable season.

Too much to ask in this encounter against a record-breaking Liverpool side who will set yet another line in the history books with a win here - a club record of 32 unbeaten games. The Toffees have won only once in 7 attempts and it doesn’t look any better here
